Nature called about 08:00, so we got up. The wind went around to the NW during the night, so we had our stern to the sunrise, which was nice. The anchor was aweigh before 10:00 and we motored around the north end of Jedediah Island, past Deep Bay (which had 2 sail boats in it), and down Sabine Channel to Codfish Bay, after poking our nose in Home Bay on the way. We anchored in the same place as last year and backed up to the cliff to set a stern line ashore. It was a bit more difficult with the wind up the stern, but we got her done. After lunch, we went for a longish walk on Jedediah Island; so peaceful and beautiful. The home place is showing it’s age and is likely to collapse within the next 4 or 5 years, I guess. We walked over to Long Bay, paying our respects to Will the horse along the way; the house there burned down in December 2018, which is a shame. We got back to the boat about 16:00 and enjoyed the quiet, sunny evening. Two other boats had anchored in the bay by the time we got back.
