Hard to believe, but we actually got away from Cap Sante Marina today. We were up before 08:00.  After breakfast, Terri did two big loads of laundry, while I topped up the water tanks, washed the boat down again, hauled the dinghy up on the davits, and checked my commissioning list one more time. Then, Terri made 1 last run to the grocery store, while I took the car to the car wash and filled up the tank, prior to putting it into storage for the summer with Eric at Cap Sante Heated Storage. While I was there, Eric and I had a good yarn; I had him figured for ex-military, but it turns out he fished for crabs up in Alaska for about 20 years, before “Deadliest Catch” made it popular.  We pulled away from the dock just before noon, and after pumping out the holding tanks and topping up the fuel tank and the gerry can, we were on our way. We only went a few miles to Eagle Harbor, where the parks service has free mooring balls, arriving there about 14:00; we snagged the mooring ball on the first attempt, just to show off to the other yachts already there. Then, we just chilled for the rest of the afternoon and watched the Astros beat Oakland 5-4, in a come from behind victory.
