We are headed for what counts as civilization in these parts - Bella Bella - to obtain fuel and victuals, so we were up and away by 08:30. With a light westerly behind us, we had the sails up almost immediately and enjoyed a nice sail across the northern end of Queens Sound to the entrance to Lilloet Passage. As we entered the passage and the lee of the sheltering islands, the wind died, and by 11:00, we were motoring. As we turned north into Lama Passage, a light rain was falling. We turned to the east around the NW corner of Denny Island and headed toward Shearwater Marine Resort, where we refueled and tied up to a slip for the night. After welcome warm showers, we had dinner at the on-site Fisherman's Bar and Grill. We had been having poor radio reception for the last few days, so I took the VHF up to the shop, where I was able to get a quick check-up and had a few connections re-soldered; reception appears to be much better now.
