We were up at 07:00 and underway by 07:30 in absolutely clear, calm, flat conditions. We motored nearly all the way (except for 1 hour of sailing with the asymmetrical spinnaker out) to No Name Harbor, arriving at 14:30, after taking the short-cut in by Cape Florida (south end of Key Biscayne) from the Straits of Florida. We anchored in the middle of the harbor, along with 4 other sail boats and at least 50 power boats, all of whom (mercifully) left by shortly after dark. One of the sailboats was an ’86 Vagabond 50, that the owner had just finished redoing. They were heading for Bimini tomorrow morning. Dinner aboard; salmon on the grill - lovely.
