It was cold outside, so we all slept in until in warmed up a bit. Then, we generally lazed around the boat, filled up with water, and made one last run to the grocery store before pulling out of the marina at 11:30. It was a relatively short run to our anchorage at Rock Piles, where we dropped the hook at 13:40. “Islandia” rafted alongside, so we did not have to do the late-night shuffle back to one boat or the other after a sing-along. The weather was fine, so most of us went for a swim. I also rigged up the sail on “Swallow” and Matt, Bob, and I all took turns taking her out for a sail in the main part of the lake, where the winds were less flukey. After dinner, we had another session in the main cabin of “Islandia”, in front of their fireplace - very cozy and homey.
