It was rock and rolly at the dock last night, so we were serenaded by the sound of griping dock lines all night long; and it was a LONG night. The wind is NW 13-18 today, so we decided to get out of Frankfort Harbor as soon as we finished a few chores. We finally got away from the dock at 11:35 and, as soon as we were past the harbor breakwaters, put the sail up and sailed all the way to Arcadia Harbor, a nice little, bullet-proof harbor about 10 miles to the south, where we anchored at 13:45. We had thought of going a bit farther, but we had a 2 - 4 ft sea on the stern quarter, but only 12-13 kn of actual wind, so it was not the most comfortable sail. After a late lunch, we rowed into town for a look-see. Not much going on in Arcadia, but they do have a nice ice cream shop. Dinner aboard.
