The Admiral and I walked up to Captain Hardy’s for coffee and internet service. While there, my laptop just died; even after a call to Apple Support, I was unable to get it started. So, no more blog updates until we get back to civilization in a month or 6 weeks. I will have a massive job to catch up from my paper log; oh, well.

After wasting the morning trying to get my laptop working, we had a late lunch, finished grocery, liquor and boat supply shopping and got underway just before 15:00. The wind had got up by then and we were pinned to the dock; we had to walk the boat up to around the corner of the dock to get to where the wind was blowing us off the dock. Annie, from God’s Pocket showed up and helped us work the boat off the dock. It was blustery out of the harbor - gusts up to 30 kn, but we made it to God’s Pocket by 17:30. Annie and Bill bought this place in 1998, the year before we first visited in 1999, as well as 2000 and 2010(?). Now, they have sold it and are retiring and moving to Vancouver Island in 2 days.
