We slept in and after a late breakfast, took a long walk across the island to Harlequin Bay, which is a nice future anchorage. Back at God’s Pocket, Annie treated us to fresh chocolate chip cookies and bacon & cheese scones - delicious. After lunch, we moved a few miles over to Port Alexander on the SE corner of Nigei Island. This is a beautiful anchorage with a lovely shingle beach at the north end; don’t know why we did not stop in here on our earlier trips north.
