The dawn broke clear but cold, although the solarium warmed up quickly enough after the sun hit it. After a leisurely breakfast, we went for a walk on Wallace Island and decided to walk all the way to the north end of the island to Chivers Point, which was a 4 mile round trip. We got back to the boat about 12:30 and immediately got the anchor up to be ready for a last rendezvous with John at Annette Inlet. However, he informed us he was going to push on to Canoe Cove this evening so he could get unloaded before the predicted rains tomorrow. So, we altered course for Boot Cove, on Saturna Island, where we anchored at 15:30. We were last inhere in 1998-ish and did not recognize any of it. We enjoyed a nice sunset and cocktails in Canada for the last time this year. Back to the USA tomorrow.
