We all slept in until 08:30. After breakfast, Jim and Robin, separately took out Swallow for rowing practice; both of them made it back to the boat without incident. For the rest of the morning, we all simply lazed around the boats, chatting, knitting, doing miscellaneous boat chores, looking through remodeling magazines and gawking at the beautiful scenery. After lunch, we said goodbye to John and Laurie for a couple of days; they headed south to Canoe Cove and we headed north to Pirate Cove on De’Courcy Island, where we anchored with a line ashore to one of the many chains at 16:15. After we got settled in, between two other boats, we took Swallow to the dinghy dock and went for a nice 1.5 hour walk through Pirate Cove Marine Park. Back to the boat by 18:15, Jim and I went for a somewhat longer swim in the 17.9 deg C water - very refreshing and efficacious. And then it was time for happy hour. We had beef and chicken skewers and mixed veggies for dinner, and watched a beautiful sunset.
