We all slept in as it was a bit cool and damp. John was not feeling great this morning and went back to bed shortly after breakfast, which included croissants John and Laurie bought yesterday. Laurie and I had showers. Then, about 11:00 we decided to go on over to Alert Bay and got underway. The wind was blowing 20 knots from the SE, right on the nose, of course, so we motored all the way to Alert Bay and were tied up there at 12:00. We immediately walked up to Gordie’s for lunch, then walked across town to the Umista Centre; very interesting. We got back to the boat just in time for happy hour. Followed by dinner aboard.
