After a very quiet night, we awoke about 08:15 to a calm, overcast day. We had the anchor up by 09:00 and motored slowly out the very shallow entrance at LW; interestingly, the minimum water depth was the same as when we came in yesterday, at 2 hours after LW, with 1.8 m of extra water - go figure. We motored south past Bob’s Place (an alternative anchorage for last night; we made the right choice with Salt Lake Bay), and then on into the Gulf of Ezquibel. We pulled into Klawock just after noon and walked up into town to see if we could find a bite to eat. But, there was nothing going on in town, other than the totem park, which had 12 or 15 cool totem poles. So, after lunch aboard, we pulled out and headed down to Craig. On the way in, we fueled up at Petro Marine, then came on into the North Harbor and tied up at the transient dock (T-head dock) at 14:40. We immediately walked into town west Craig, where there is not much going on. Terri insisted on buying me a post-expeditionary celebratory beer at the Hill Bar. We came back to the boat for dinner aboard.
