It was nice and quiet at the dock all night, and only a couple of fishermen went out early, so we had a good sleep. Low water was just after 08:00, so we got going with the flood just about 09:15 and motored all the way to Dipper Harbour under very light southerly wind. A few miles west of Point Lepreau, the wind blew in a fog bank, so we felt our way the remaining 5 miles into Dipper Harbor. We tried to find a space at the floating dock, but could find no one in authority and it was a bit crowded with fishing boats, so we finally went out in the bay north of the breakwater and anchored in a few feet of water. After lunch, we rowed ashore and went for a long, 5-mile, walk; we can now confirm that there is nothing going on in Dipper Harbour. Back for, you guessed it, happy hour and dinner aboard: pork chops and the rest of the veggies. Tomorrow, we will be off at low water to catch the flood to Saint John; we need to be just below the Reversing Falls at 3:20 after low water.
