It was raining again in the morning, so we slept in a bit. But by 10:15, we were ready to head on up to Gagetown. It was only 13 miles, so we were there by 12:30. After a quick lunch, we went up and wandered around town a bit. There is not much to it, but the little green grocer had some wonderful fresh produce, all grown locally and we stopped across the street at the liquor store. The Old Boot Pub, right beside the marina had WiFi, so we spent a couple of hours up there catching up with the world and our friends. I got a call from the wharfinger at Oromocto Boat Club to say that we could come on up and raft beside “Ginger Snap”, so Dale was able to work his magic. Dinner aboard; grilled chicken and veggies.
