It was cool and partly cloudy when we awoke about 07:30. We had the anchor up just after 09:00 and motored out of Clapperton Harbour, west around Clapperton Island, north between Hook and South Benjamin Islands, then between Eagle and Fox Islands, and north of Gilmour Point on Frechete Island. We turned north between Hotham Island and Oak Point (on the mainland) and anchored at the west end of the Hotham Island bay. After lunch, we went for a long row into Oak Bay. We did not see any wildlife, other than dragon flies and water-lilly flowers, but it was a pretty place - all part of the Sagamok Indian Reserve. We had cocktails later on “Islandia” and, after dinner, a “planning” session back on our boat.
