When I woke up at 06:00, the forecast showed NE 4. When we got up just before 08:00, it was the same, so we decided to go for St. Anne-des-Monts. Unfortunately, it was a bit lumpier than I had anticipated, what with the persistent NE winds of the last two days, so the Admiral was not a happy camper as we thumped into headwinds and pounding seas for seven hours and 46 N-m. But, we made it to St. Anne by 15:45 and tied up to a wobbly dock, with 20 A of electrical power about 130 ft away, which is shared by 7 boats on one breaker, which trips about every 10 minutes. Otherwise, it is fine and we are glad to be off the seaway. As to tomorrow, one forecast shows NE11 and the other shows SW 5, so I guess we will have to wait and see what it is actually doing in the morning; but, suffice to say, if there is any east in the wind direction, we are waiting until the prevailing SW winds (of which we have seen precious little these last two weeks) set in. We had dinner at the local poisonerie, Restaurant du Quai; not bad. Time lapse video of this run is here:
