It dawned chilly and foggy this morning; we both had on polar-techs, long pants and jackets for breakfast. While waiting for our mail to be delivered, we tidied up the boat, getting her ready to go to sea. The UPS man finally showed up at 12:15, so we drove over to the marina office to collect it, then turned the car into the U-Haul storage guy and walked back to the boat. We finally pulled away from the dock at 12:42, stopped to pump out the holding tanks and were on our way to La Conner, where we tied up at 14:28. We spent the afternoon roaming around town, collecting bargains, and finally stopped for dinner at the La Conner Pub & Eatery. Then, we staggered back to the boat with all our loot and prepared for a teleconference with John and Laurie, who are somewhere in the vicinity of Jedediah Island.
