We rolled out of bed just before 08:00 and got on with the few remaining chores before pulling out of the marina. I made a run to the liquor store and the Admiral picked up some more groceries at Granville Public Market. The engine was running and we were away from the dock by 11:30 and motored and sailed back to Port Graves on Gambier Island. The wind was S 6 as we started up Howe Sound, so we had the spinnaker up for an hour until we passed Finisterre Island and turned to the west, just as the wind went around to the west and smothered the spinnaker. We had a bit of fun getting it doused, but no damage nor injuries. We then motored on up to Port Graves where we anchored a quarter mile to the SW of our previous location at 15:45. Happy hour and dinner aboard. Jake is in Whistler and will join us tomorrow.
