It was a perfectly quiet night and we all slept like logs, awaking to a thick fog at 08:00. The fog burned mainly off by 09:00 and we went ashore again to complete our exploration of Sidney Island. Back at the boat in time for lunch, we dropped the mooring at 13:00 and motored over to Portland Island, where we anchored in Princess Bay with a line ashore to an iron ring at 14:55. Whereupon, we went on another long walk around most of Portland Island. We did not get back to the boat until nearly 18:00. Jim went for a very brief swim in the 15 deg C water. Happy hour and dinner aboard; chicken and mixed veggies. After dinner, I played guitar for a while as we watched the sunset and gradual darkening. A lovely day.
